Electric Insulation Coating
Electric Insulation Coating

Busbar Coating/ Panel Coating
Electric insulation coating is a single-component electrical insulation coating that provides excellent dielectric strength for a variety of applications. A tough coating forms over the surface when properly applied and cured. The nature of electric insulation coating is that it is very hydrophobic and has great water repellent characteristics. The use of an electric insulation coating layer helps to limit leakage currents, which reduces contamination flashovers. Electric insulation coatings provide good UV radiation resistance as well as tracking resistance, making them ideal for outdoor application and in adverse weather situations.
The applied component does not require any maintenance such as water cleaning or grease once it has been covered with Electric insulation coating. Electric insulation coating comes in a variety of colour options.
